Managing these returns becomes a critical cost for brands (customer support, logistics, return fees), especially since most brands absorb return costs to boost sales. The lack of clarity in sizing also serves as a major obstacle in customers’ decision-making processes, which impacts brands’ conversion rates and limits their ability to sell their products.

In response to this challenge, Shilton chose Fitle to turn sizing issues into opportunities.
